Payment is invoiced on a monthly basis and becomes due on the first of each month.
A late payment fee of £5 will be added to your account if you fail to pay within 7 days of the invoice date.
If your child cannot attend a class, you will not receive a refund.
Families with 2 or more students will receive a 10% discount off the second child and thereafter.
No refunds will be given under any circumstances unless classes are cancelled by Inspirations Dance.
Any goods (e.g uniform) must be paid for prior to, or at the point of ordering.
If you wish to withdraw from classes, one month's written notice must be given via email to info@inspirations-dance.co.uk. Fees remain payable during the notice period.
Changes to classes
Class times and venues are subject to change at the discretion of management. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
Force Majeure
Inspirations Dance are unable to provide refunds for any cancelled or missed classes due to a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure refers to any event beyond our reasonable control including and without limitation, acts of God, interruption of power or other utility, acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, explosion, flood, accident, earthquake or other catastrophe, fire, notifiable disease, war or riot.
Inspirations Dance shall not be liable to customers for failure to perform obligations under this contract as a result of a Force Majeure Event. Written notice will be provided to all customers, and closures will take effect immediately.
Duty of care, safety & conduct
Due to the nature of dance and for your child's growth, development, and safety, it may be necessary for teachers to engage in appropriate physical contact with students. All staff are trained to do so safely and hold current DBS certificates.
Inspirations Dance provides for the safety and care of all students whilst on the premises.
Inspirations Dance does not accept responsibility for student’s safety outside the premises.
While every effort is made to minimise risk, all students and guardians acknowledge that dance is a physical activity and carries a risk of injury. By participating, you accept this risk.
Inspirations Dance reserves the right to remove any student from the programme, without refund, for bullying, misbehaviour, or disruptive conduct.

Responsibility
Inspirations Dance does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of personal property left on the premises before, during, or after classes.
Students and guardians are solely responsible for their belongings and property whilst on site.
Photographs and videos
Photos and videos may be taken in class for teaching aids and marketing purposes. By enrolling, you acknowledge consent for this use.
Photos and videos may also be used on social media, the website, and print materials, but only with prior consent provided at enrolment.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by written notice to the principal.
Inspirations Dance reserves the right to prohibit photography or video recording by parents during classes.
Breach of terms and conditions
Students may be asked to leave without notice for any serious breach of these terms and conditions or for serious misconduct. No refund will be issued in such cases.
